Joining DVG is a simple process. Our membership
application is a straightforward, 2-page form that asks
for some basic information about your organization
or company, and its charitable giving. Specifically, we ask
you to supply us with:

your organization’s
name and contact information
|
|
• |
the name of the individual who will be
the primary representative to DVG
|
|
• |
names and contact information for any
staff and/or trustees who you would like
to designate as eligible participants in DVG activities
|
|
• |
your grantmaking organization’s
official status (e.g. private foundation,
corporate foundation/giving program,
donor-advised fund, etc.)
|
|
• |
your organization’s total charitable assets
and annual giving (from which you will determine
your annual dues level)
|
• |
Information about your funding interesfs and giving priorities |
We also ask that you submit some additional documentation
along with your application based on the type
of organization you represent. If you are a new
donor and don't yet have all of the supporting
documentation or information that is required,we might be
